[PD] Gem: problem sending dialog to pix_video on os X

Hi,

I tried to use pix_video on os X with firewire DCAM (Fire-i by 
unibrain) and it works very well but if I tried to send a [dialog] to 
[pix_video] to configure the cam, the dialog appears and then PD 
freeze. I have to quit PD by hitting control-c in the terminal. I'm 
using os X 10.3.4 with pd 0.37 and gem 0.9.

I would really like to be able to adjust the settings of the cam.

Any ideas ???
