[PD] Bug fix (Windows only) in Pd release (0.37-3 now)

Hi all, 

Thomas Musil found a bug in 0.37-2 on Windows machines.  This should
be fixed in the new 0.37-3 -- the CPU usage still jumped unexpectedly at
the end of reverberated notes, for example.  It was just a mistake in the
compilation.  Fixed and uploaded to the usual place:
