[PD] package for debian ppc?

Yes, it should be part of the standard .deb repositories, I think the  
Pd packages are in testing and unstable.  They are not in stable yet  
and probably won't be for a while.

To install:

  apt-get install puredata pd-externals

and whatever you might want.
