i said i'm sorry for the noise,
but i send this to the list
for i'm bored of speaking privately with ONE guy
that decides what is important or not for the PD convention.

ok, this one maybe is too much.
but the answer is so surprising ( note it's the same as ISEA )
why can't you simply say : 'no, sorry, we don't have money left'
that would be clearer.
