[PD] mpjpeg to mpeg/avi/... stream ?

i don't have enough information to answer :

where is the mpjpg stream coming from?
who's emitting it?
what version of ffserver are you connecting to ? ( it only works with 
ffserver )
do you see something?
what is the console output?

where are you stucked?

really not clear...
