[PD] cyclone for 0.38

hi Matthew,

I am sorry, there is not -- 0.38 is still too much of a moving
target for cyclone to catch...  However, most classes compiled for
0.37 should work in 0.38 (with strange looking error messages and
warnings...), unless they reference gui elements.  Since [comment]s
do reference gui, you would have to use 0.37 for import, though.
