[PD] pool giving segfault with "mksub"' and other commands

I've got the latest CVS version of [pool] and it segfaults on me every 
time when I try "mksub" and "mkchsub", and frequently when I try to 
"save" or "savex", but I haven't been able to figure out when exactly 
that happens. It may do this for other commands too, but I haven't 
checked them all out.

I'd be happy to give you debug info if you tell me what you'd like. At 
the moment Pd just exits with:

pd_gui: pd process exited
Segmentation fault
