[PD] OSCprepend & rrad.tpl.pd

Hi there:

In getting rrad.tpl.pd patch of the rradical abstraction to work, I have now
managed to compile pool and OSC and they seem to work fine. However, on
loading the rrad.tpl.pd. I got the following errors:

* OSC-route: float arguments are not OK.
 OSCroute $1
... Could't create

 OSCprepend $1
... Couldn't create


In particular, I realized that although I have a "OSCroute" from compiling
OSCx, but I don't get a "OSCprepend". Where is OSCprepend?
