[PD] "tried but couldn't sync A/D/A"

Dear all,

Anyone know why I'm getting

     tried but couldn't sync A/D/A

and dropouts when I try to use ALSA?

DIO errors gives an output like:

     17.40	A/D/A sync
     17.40	DAC blocked

I'm using -rt, but I get this without it as well.

I found one post with no replies before mentioning this same thing.
