I think this has to do with the environment I did it like this:

PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin
/usr/local/bin/pdstart

#!/bin/bash
PATH=/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin
cd /home/x
pd -verbose -nomidi -nogui -lib pd/readanysf~/pd_linux/readanysf~ patch_0.01.pd > /dev/null &
