[PD] "readdir" for XP ?

hum, I fail to understand the link between hex conversion and reading 
directories. My understanding of toxy and tcl is very minimal.

Attached is a patch that takes you almost there.

note : About folderglider and my other abstractions, they will soon be 
rereleased with better documentation. Actualy if I remember correctly, I 
stopped using it because it conflicted somehow with Gem...
