There is also the Steinway of multi-touch control surfaces the Continuum Fingerboard (http://www.cerlsoundgroup.org/Continuum/)
Its dangerous to touch one, because you create the big need to get one ;-) And its more in the price range of a real piano.

The only one I found to come close to a serious instrumental input device for electronic music.

Unfortunately I can't afford it :-(
