[PD] No-doppler delay line

that's cool, but actually I wanted to ELIMINATE the Doppler effect produced by a
delay line when changing the delay time

I wrote my own abstraction, it's something based on two parallel delay lines. It
works, but I'm looking for something using only one delay line, for example.
