[PD] multi O.S. sound set ?

Hi all,
in order to make one simple polyphonic application,
I need a set of sounds for melody (trumpet, flute,
clarinet etc.) that play in identical way on linux, win,
and macOSX.

Initially I had thought to use a set of soundfonts using
"fluid" but this external only exists for linux.

Which it can be the solution?
Exist an external (available for all the three S.O.)that
allows me to generate this type of sounds?

Apologize if the question is trivial
but I have never worked with synthesis inside pd.
