[PD] fileformat of PD (0.37+)

I'm trying to figure out PD's fileformat, and I can't fully succeed.

Could someone help me with this:
- vslider and hslider have their initial value stored as a multiple of
100. Why?
- what is the purpose of the new_old switch on vradio and hradio?
- what does the last value of a vu and a cnv mean? why is it always 0?
