[PD] strange popup bug

Hello list

Attached is a patch which should demonstrate an (at least for me)
strange bug with the popup external. If I for example am changing the
popup name from 'popup' to 'test' with message |name test(, the word
'popup' also changes to 'test' in comment texts in the patch, if
re-opening the patch after saving.

I have a hard time trying to understand this.
