[PD] strange behavior of hip~

Hi,

Ive got quite a supprise when I tried to combind 4 hip~ filters in serie 
to get a 24dB/oct slope filter.  It worked fine as long as there is a 
signal but when the signal fades the patch starts to consume alot of CPU 
power, like 50% or so, when there was a signal it did take just a few 
percent.
