Hi, that's because the unauthorized externals use unofficial (that is 
non-public) header files ;-).
The easiest solution is perhaps to find the m_imp.h file in the pd/src 
folder and copy it to the place where the other pd header files (like 
m_pd.h) got installed to. Most probably /usr/local/include (or 
/usr/include).
