[PD] dyn - makefiles for Linux missing

Hi Frank,
if you mean the dyn~ object, it's now called dynext in the CVS repository.
The more general dyn library (as presented in Graz) is indeed lacking the
linux makefiles - i'll catch up as soon as possible.
Do you need dyn or dyn~?
