you will need the object [soundfile_info] to determine a soundfile's
length. it's part of the IEMLIB library.
btw: [readsf~] can also "jump around" in a soundfile with a little
message tweaking. i prefer that to [sfplay] for 2 reasons:
1.) it seems to respond faster than [sfplay]
2.) it runs in a seperate thread outside pd, so it doesn't draw CPU
power from PD itself.
overall it appears smoother to me. just my experience.
