[PD] load a patch in a patch (basic question)

This explains why google it had not answered to my search.
I tried "laoding subpatch" but I had to try to search for "loading 
abstractions".

truly I knew this difference but I had forgotten it.
I hope the list can apologize me :) (many thanks for the patience).

I suppose that in choosing the name of the abstrazione I must make 
attention not to use the name of a externals

or this is a false problem ?
