[PD] serial object and a basic stamp

Has instructions. you need to put the help files in your reference
directory and maybe rename them for them to be found automatically.

It's really pretty simple, send it [open 0< to open port 0, send it
[baud 9600< to set the baudrate, etc. It's all in the help file. The
only problem is it needs to run as root on linux. One useful tip is
that, on linux if you're using a USB-Serial adapter, you need to say
[device /dev/ttyUSB< (or whatever it connects to) and then [open 0< to
get the USB adapter.
