[PD] Why is PD not in GPL ?

neither GPL nor BSD license is better or worse. they are different, but 
not more or less secure in general. if you don't know the difference, go 
to opensource.org, wikipedia or google and do some research.

you cannot expect to get a serious answer with some vague argument.
