[PD] Gypsy mo-cap with PD

Well I haven't got my hands on the hardware yet, but this was what I was
hoping; use netreceive to get the packets into PD, and then decode them
on the fly. Assuming no-one comes up with an existing (or better)
solution, I'll let you know how I get on in the coming months.
