[PD] Tablet controller advice?

i'm using a graphire with red hat 9 (module wacom included) just need to
edit xfree input. look in the cvs for hid external, thanks to
hans-christoph.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some tablet input devices for use
with PD and point me in the direction of how to get the tablets up and
running with PD.  Also, what are the advantages/disadvantages of USB and
9pin-Serial?
