Yes and no. - Depends on which DMX USB devices you're talking about, 
which OS and whether a Pd object exists for it at all.
The answer is yes if you're using the Open DMX USB Interface together 
with my Pd externals. But: input in general is not working that good 
because the hardware receive buffer on the interface is too small to 
hold a full 512 channel DMX message. So when trying to receive a lot of 
DMX channels you'll get wrong input or just an error message and no 
input at all. I tried to receive 12 DMX channels and send 512 channels 
at the same time using two interfaces and it worked.
