you need to enable the security modules to be able to use rt-lsm, my 
.config looks like this:

CONFIG_SECURITY=y
CONFIG_SECURITY_CAPABILITIES=m
CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX=y
CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX_DEVELOP=y
