[PD] solved: flext compile errors / readanysf~

thanks for the help, now readanysf~ runs without crashing Pd.

for readnysf~ 0.13 you need to compile it against flext 0.4.5. it 
doesn't work with 0.4.6 or 0.4.7. flext also didn't compile with the 
devel branch, but if i understand it correctly thomas fixed it today in cvs.

readanysf~ is really nifty :-)
