[PD] tosymbol and tot crashes

Yes, i use Miller's latest 0.38 binaries. Guess i'll have to learn how
to mingw-compile pd, or perhaps become serious about that switch to
linux which i have been about to make for a year now...

well, thanks for clearing up this issue for me.
