A friend and I wanted to build an OSC system for the PIC, but the
ethernet implementation from scratch turned out to be more complicated
than he had anticipated. I've put it on a backburner because of the
availability and ease of MIDI stuff like this, even though I have a
superstitious aversion to MIDI.

I haven't built anything beyond testing potentiometers yet, but my next
project is to build an ultrasonic one. Flex sensors are also really easy
to make (as per Mark Coniglio's "MIDI dancer"). I also want to look into
the RF PICs as a solution to long cables, which tend to get in the way
of dancing ;)

The thing is, for dance, a lot can be done with cameras, PDP, and/or
Eyesweb.

I'm looking into all of that soon, so stayed tuned on the page, as I'll
add tutorials for it all as I learn it.

Cheers,
Ian
