[PD] #dataflow channel

Just a quick note that the #dataflow channel still exists and is more
active than ever. The number of people logged in rarely goes under 10
people nowadays. It's currently 16.

Note that the lowest amount of talking seems to occur between 08.00 and
12.00 UTC (not sure...), but apart from that, discussions do occur
randomly any time, as long as someone brings an interesting topic and the
others didn't go to sleep (or work or etc) with their client open =)

The usual languages of the channel are English, German, French; you may
use any of those or any other but be conscious that English is the one
that reaches the best audience!
