[PD] pd 0.38-2 & jack

Hi,
I did just try to fix the  configuration file so that you can 
sucessfully prevent Pd
from using jack if ou don't want it to... perhaps I also broke it.

Try "./configure --enable-jack" if you haven't already.

 I think you're right about /usr... probably I got the doc wrong.

.pdrc is deprecated but delete .pdsettings abd .pdrc should work....
