[PD] toxy install [WAS: feature request to Krzysztof & Yves [Scope~, envgen, Grid, etc]]

OK, how the heck do you install Toxy, then? I've got the CVS version, 
but I see no README or INSTALL anywhere. Did a "make" and see no 
*.pd_linux object anywhere. What am I missing, besides proper 
documentation? ;-)
