[PD] grill externs lacking build files on CVS?

I just discovered the glory that is Thomas Grill's externals, a few of 
which I've been looking for my entire life, and have been implementing 
on my own, not realizing it was already done ;). Problem is, there 
doesn't seem to be any build files on the CVS: 
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/pure-data/externals/grill/fftease/#dirlist

All the readme.txt's say to edit config-pd-linux, but that file doesn't 
exist. Am I missing something?
