well, the cvs _is_ up to date ... i just think, something strange is
going on, since the cvs log doesn't show the changes in ./src ...

i haven't experienced that with my little experience with cvs, but i
somehow think, you are doing something else, than committing you changes
to stable_0_38 and tagging it ...
