Although there has been some development pause for the dyn library since
the first presentation at the pd convention i've been working on it
lately and plan to do so for the next future.
It is supposed to be a general API for object management in PD, so maybe
you would like to use that instead of using code from the dyn~ object.
One of the features that i'd like to introduce shortly is the ability to
load patches in a click-free manner, made possible by the low-priority
callbacks now present in the devel branch (hopefully also in the stable
version soon....)

best greetings,
Thomas
