[PD] devel_0.38 pb loading externals?

Hi again Thomas,

seems to be much better with 38-4 (no more "object_setup" error message) 
but i still have this "old" pb with py... grrrr ;-)

pd -lib py
Pd: signal 4
pd_gui: pd process exited

Puzzling isn't it ?!
