[PD] parent-child relation with sliders

to complete the spectrum of different 'lulli'-patches, i send you a
third one. after looking at your patch, i think this is maybe what you
was looking for. if i understand you right, you want to have added the
parents value in the children-sliders, rather than just set them to the
parents value, or 'glue' them all together.
