[PD] earplug hrtf data loading error

[Pei Xiang]

'earplug_data.txt' is the impulse response data that
earplug~ reads when created. it's zipped in the
downloadable. 

now the reading path is not set correctly, so i have
to copy the txt file into Pd's default working path to
work around it (such as  the "bin" ).
