Well, analogue is not a good patch to start, as it is Linux specific.
Try rradical/usecases/showcase/the-showcase.pd instead. 

Or better yet: try the Memento help files, which are help files for
the state saving objects [originator], [commun] and [careGUI]. Those
should work if you have the [pool] and OSC externals and [prepend]
from Cyclone. 

Pd likes to crash with RRADical patches if you have the [prepend] from
GGEE loaded. I don't know, why, but the ggee prepend is obsolete
anyways, so make sure it's not loaded or available.
