[PD] Fwd: 0.38 and settings

hi, i deleted both. the .pdrc and the preference file, but it still 
says at startup:

zexy
: can't load library
pmpd
: can't load library
xsample
: can't load library
cyclone
: can't load library
Gem
: can't load library
OSC
: can't load library

kinda weired, no? (even weireder is that if there is a .pdrc with those 
libraries the'll load seemlessly after the error messages)
