[PD] PD Meetup NYC: April 3rd at Share

Great - thanks for getting this going.

Maybe you could show some more complex patches using GEM and explain 
how they work.
Also, any other video externals would be cool. GEM is the only one that 
I've tried but I've seen info about others like gridflow, pidip, etc.
