[PD] [GEM] pix_video, Win 2000, Matrox

Found out some more things, remembered some details.

I'm running GEM 0.90.1

In Premiere, when I try to capture using anything but the Matrox
drivers, eg. Microsoft's driver, it doesn't work. "cannot connect to device"

When I try to access device 0 with [open 0( pd.exe crashes, saying it
generates a log file, but I don't know where it puts the log.
