[PD] Connecting a PC with a Mac for sending data

Modern mac's don't need cross-over cables, the ethernet ports
auto-switch when attached to a second machine and not a hub.
(tested only on my g5 powerbook)

Any normal ethernet cable from one machine to the other will work.
