[PD] blue clone of pdp_xv on vga out

thanks guys for help
strangely enough i get the blue xv_screen only when the second monitor
is connected on bootup.
connecting it later(x-already running) also mplayer is doing its job 
nicely on the second screen...
mysterious art?
