[PD] externals/grill/py - error

Hi Patrick,
thanks for your report. You are using an old version of PD, are you? 
(or you have an old m_pd.h file left somewhere in the include path). I 
would recommend upgrading to a recent 0.38 version.
On the other i'll see when the missing functionality has been 
introduced and try to make py usable for older PD versions as well.
