[PD] PD firefox pluggin

Hello List,
  I am trying to use the PD firefox pluggin, but am having a
tough time installing it because the zip downloads keep give
me an error message:

!   C:\Documents and Settings\bcasey.AACLABS\My
Documents\Downloads\iars-pd.zip: The archive is either in
unknown format or damaged


I have tryed winzip and winrar? Are there anyother versions?
has anyone got this working?
