Location of Firefox plugin [was RE: [PD] PD firefox pluggin]

Could anyone tell me where to obtain the PD Firefox Plugin? And what
does it do!?!

  I am trying to use the PD firefox pluggin, but am having a tough time
installing it because the zip downloads keep give me an error message:

Documents\Downloads\iars-pd.zip: The archive is either in unknown format
or damaged


I have tryed winzip and winrar? Are there anyother versions? has anyone
got this working?
