...hmm, seems I haven't updated since Feb!  Anyway, it's a simple fix:  
somehow an include or two got changed...change the following 
Quicktime.framework #includes in /format/quicktimeapple.c:

#include <Quicktime/quicktime.h>
#include <Quicktime/movies.h>

should be:

#include <Quicktime/Quicktime.h>
#include <Quicktime/Movies.h>

...that should help...
