Location of Firefox plugin [was RE: [PD] PD firefox pluggin]

Thanks to everyone for the advice. I'm not sure the plug in is what I
need.

Really, I was simply looking for a way to transmit TCP/IP over the
internet. Can this be done with Netsend/Netreceive and, if so, how does
it connect with users who have a non-static IP address?
